Hand Painted Silk Scarves
Created by Silk Concepts, those scarves features unique, hand-drawn designs. The design is applied to the white silk by hand using a "resist" - a viscous substance that holds the liquid dye within its borders. Once the resist has dried, the colour is hand-painted onto the silk using liquid dyes and paintbrushes.
Due to the hand-painting process and the unpredictable nature of the liquid dyes, each scarf turns out different, making each piece unique!
